I was working with "Oracle Virtual Box Manager" Tool, and installed "Ubuntu 18.04 OS" in Virtual Box. It was successful until my system administrator reset my Windows login profile.

So are you saying changing of Windows login profile will VM throw an error?

It's because Oracle VM recognize the virtual box folder path by default, When changing Windows profile or folder path VM does not realize that has been changed.

I installed Virtual machine in this path  "C:\Users\Arjun.Premier\VirutalBox VMs" 

Now after few months System Administrator Changed my profile to  "C:\Users\Arjun\VirualBox VMs"

Now when you open Oracle Virtual Box Manager, you get an error "runtime error opening virtualbox reading 103 path not found".

The error description shown like this,

Runtime error opening 'C:\Users\Arjun.Premier\VirtualBox VMs\virtual box\virtual box.vbox' for reading: -103(Path not found.).

What is the next step?

Open the Virtual Box Manager, and right click on the left side panel of existing OS installed, and remove it - this must be easy!

After removing, locate to the new user profile location. In our case the new profile folder was 

"C:\Users\Arjun\Virtual VMs" 

Once added the folder location, you should be able to find the active VM OS at the left side panel, as below image.

 Removing the existing and adding the new folder location must help!
